At Plush Dry, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a standard business timeframe, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier operations, customs processing, and external factors such as weather or peak seasons. While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Plush Dry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, or building concierge

  • Confirm with household members or neighbors

  • Allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates

If your package is still missing, contact us within 7 days at plushdry@gmail.com, and we will assist with a carrier investigation. Once an order is marked delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
