Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.


Order Cancellation or Modification

Once an order is successfully placed, it is immediately sent for processing.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

Orders Placed by Mistake / Change of Mind

Orders placed by mistake, accidental purchases, or due to a change of mind are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Due to the hygiene and safety nature of personal care products, PlushDry does not accept returns for mistakenly placed orders once the order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their product selection, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Address changes may be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when purchasing PlushDry.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product shows no signs of use or tampering

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened personal care products are non-returnable

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable

How to Request a Return

  • All returns require prior approval

  • Approved returns will receive instructions and the return address by email

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at plushdry@gmail.com, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Lost or Missing Packages

All orders include tracking information.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, or building concierge

  • Confirm with household members or neighbors

  • Allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates

If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Once a package is marked as delivered, PlushDry is not responsible for theft or loss.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

PlushDry reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
